    Refund policy

    You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

    To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Miraherba GmbH, Lindenstraße 40, 71634 Ludwigsburg, Germany, info@miraherba.com, Phone: +49 7141 1423570) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the sample cancellation form provided, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of cancellation online at https://www.miraherba.de/pages/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a permanent data carrier (e.g. by email) immediately, containing information about the content of the cancellation notice and the date and time of its receipt.

    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

    Consequences of cancellation

    If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

    You bear the cost of returning the goods. 

    The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

    • Contracts for the supply of goods that can quickly deteriorate or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly.
    • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
