Aashwamedh - Kaash Foot Massage Stamp vitalfit rough

These Ayurvedic foot massage bowls are made from Kaash, a mixture of copper, tin, and a small proportion of zinc. In Ayurveda, the various metal components address the different Doshas - this mixture achieves an optimal balance of all Doshas. The sluggish Kapha Dosha is particularly stimulated when using the rough bowl in an invigorating manner, thus promoting circulation and metabolism. The smooth bowl, on the other hand, has a calming and sleep-promoting effect.

Instructions for Use

The foot massage bowl is suitable for Ayurvedic foot massage and foot reflex zone massage. For this, first rub the soles of your feet with Ghee or with Triphala Ghee. Work the sole of the foot with the rough, concave surface. Massage your feet with light pressure in circular motions. The wooden handle allows for easier self-massage application and firmer pressure.

Due to the rough surface, a tingling, slightly invigorating effect and a regenerating action are created.
