Cosmoveda - Anu Taila, Nasal Oil

Ayurveda herbal and massage oils are produced using a special, traditional method. An herbal decoction is cooked with sesame oil, and often with other fats and oils such as coconut oil, nut and seed oils or ghee in an elaborate, multi-day process until all water has evaporated and the herbal components are absorbed by the oil.
The result is a rich, aromatic oil with special nourishing and massage properties that helps balance the Doshas.

Warm gently before use.

Application

Ayurveda recommends performing the so-called Nasya for nasal care. Each morning, apply a few drops of Anu Taila to the nasal opening.
