In Ayurvedic nutrition, the bark and fruit of the Arjuna tree (Terminalia arjuna) are used. The finely ground powder is gently produced below 40°C from the bark. It comes from fair trade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
Recommended Usage
Take one level measuring spoon daily, divided into 2 portions between meals. Pour boiling water over it, let it steep briefly, and drink warm. The daily consumption of 4.20g herbal powder contains 669.90mg polyphenols.
