Cosmoveda - Ayus Arishta Ashoka

According to Ayurveda teachings, herbs help maintain the balance of the Doshas at a subtle energetic level. In Ayurveda, herbs are part of our diet and important to provide the body with sufficient secondary plant compounds and the flavor notes of bitter and tart. However, Ayurvedic herbs do not replace a healthy, balanced diet or compensate for deficiency symptoms caused by otherwise one-sided, unbalanced nutrition. The mode of action of Ayurvedic herbs is based on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge. Ayurvedic herbs work at the level of the Doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the Doshas has no counterpart in our science, so there is no confirmation in Western science for the effects described in Ayurveda.

The Ayurvedic herbal wine is produced in Sri Lanka according to the traditional method of self-fermentation.

Application

Ayurveda recommends 2 x daily 1 - 2 tablespoons after meals.

After opening, store in a cool place and use within 3 - 4 weeks.
