According to Ayurveda, herbs help maintain the balance of the doshas on a subtle-energetic level. In Ayurveda, herbs are part of our diet and are important for providing the body with sufficient secondary plant substances and the tastes bitter and tart. However, Ayurvedic herbs do not replace a healthy, balanced diet or compensate for deficiency symptoms in an otherwise one-sided, unbalanced diet. The mode of action of Ayurvedic herbs is based on traditional Ayurvedic knowledge. Ayurvedic herbs work on the dosha level. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of the balance of the doshas has no equivalent in our science, so that there is no confirmation of the effects described in Ayurveda in the sense of western science.

The Ayurvedic herbal wine is made in Sri Lanka using the traditional method of self-fermentation.

application

Ayurveda recommends 1-2 tablespoons twice a day after meals.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3-4 weeks.

The Ayus Arishta Ashoka contains 10.7% vol alcohol and is made from water, sugar cane molasses and herbs in a traditional self-fermentation process.
