According to Ayurveda teachings, herbs help maintain the balance of the Doshas at a subtle energetic level. However, ayurvedic herbs do not replace a healthy, balanced diet, nor do they compensate for deficiencies caused by one-sided, unbalanced nutrition. The mode of action of ayurvedic herbs is based on traditional ayurvedic knowledge. Ayurvedic herbs work at the level of the Doshas. Therefore, an effect in the sense of modern Western science is not claimed. In particular, the aspect of Dosha balance has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation in Western science for the effects described in Ayurveda.

Application

Ayurveda recommends 2 x daily 1 - 2 tablespoons after meals.

After opening, store in a cool place and use within 3 - 4 weeks.
