Cosmoveda - BIO Ashwagandha Capsules

The capsules contain the dried and ground root of the Ashwagandha plant. The plant Whitania somnifera, known in English as Winter Cherry or Indian Ginseng, is an evergreen, bushy shrub growing 0.5-1.5 meters high from the nightshade family. This makes it related to plants such as potato, tomato, and deadly nightshade. Ashwagandha has fleshy roots, simple, green oval leaves, and produces small spherical orange-red berries. The finely and gently ground powder (below 40°C) of the dried root comes from Fair Trade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.

Recommended dosage

Take 3 capsules of 0.36 g each (0.26 g net herb powder content) three times daily. The daily consumption amount corresponds to 2.3 g of herb powder. The stated recommended daily amount must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
