Gokshura - the botanist says Tribulus terrestris - is a ground-spreading, annual to biennial and up to 90 cm high herb. In German, Gokshura is also called Erd-Burzeldorn or Erdsternchen because of the flower shape. It has pinnate leaves and yellow buttercup-like flowers that grow into spherical fruits. All parts of the plant are used in Ayurvedic nutrition. The powder of the dried whole plant, which is finely and gently ground (below 40 °C), comes from the Indian and Sri Lankan Cosmoveda fair trade and organic projects.

Gokshura is also found in Ajapa's myrrh resin beads in Gokshuradee Guggulu .

Consumption recommendation

Take 3 capsules of 0.35 g each (0.25 g net content herbal powder) three times a day. The daily consumption corresponds to 2.25 g herbal powder. The specified recommended consumption quantity must not be exceeded.
