Usage

Take 3 capsules of 0.48g (0.38g net content) twice daily after meals with warm water. The daily consumption amount of 2.28g herbal powder contains 1000mg plant extracts.
To date, the legislator has not established an NRV (Reference Nutrient Intake) for secondary plant compounds. The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
