Cosmoveda - BIO Vasaka Capsules

According to Ayurveda, this product correlates at the level of harmonious balance of the Doshas* through balancing the six taste qualities. It provides the bitter and astringent taste qualities.
*Doshas are Ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science.

The powder from the leaves, finely and gently ground in our production (below 40°C), comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.

Recommended Dosage

Take 2 x daily 5 capsules á 0.36g (0.26g net content) between meals with warm water. The daily consumption amount of 2.6g plant powder contains 31.72mg polyphenols*.

*Polyphenols are bioactive, secondary plant compounds that, in the form of dyes, flavoring substances and tannins, characterize the Dosha nature of plants.

To date, legislators have not established an NRV (Reference Intake for daily consumption) for secondary plant compounds. The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
