More than 40 herbs in total are processed for Chyavanprash. The recipe for this herbal paste originates from ancient times from a wise Indian sage (Rishi) named Chyavan, who is said to have received the recipe directly from the gods.
Recommended use
Dissolve 1 teaspoon in some warm milk or tea.
