Cosmoveda - BIO Avipattikara Churna

According to Ayurveda, this spice powder correlates at the level of harmonious balance of the Doshas¹ through balancing the six taste profiles. It provides the taste profiles bitter, pungent and astringent.

¹Doshas are ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science.

The finely and gently ground powder (below 40 °C) of dried fruits comes from the Indian and Sri Lankan fair trade and organic projects of Cosmoveda.

Recommended Use

Take one heaping teaspoon (approx. 3 g) with warm water between meals.
To date, lawmakers have not established an RDA value (Recommended Dietary Allowances) for secondary plant substances. The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
