Brahmi - Bacopa monnieri - is a vibrant green plant, growing up to 40 cm tall with small leaves and white flowers, thriving in moist and marshy areas.
In Ayurvedic nutrition, the sprouts are used, as well as the roots, stems, and leaves.
The powder of the dried whole plant, finely and gently ground (below 40°C) during production, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fair Trade and organic projects.

Recommended Use
3 times daily 1/3 tsp with hot water between meals. The daily serving amount contains approximately 2.5 - 3 g of herbal powder. The stated recommended daily serving amount should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of reach of small children.
