More than 40 herbs in total are processed for Chyavanprash. According to ancient texts, this Amlamus is said to work on the physical, mental, and spiritual level. The recipe for this herbal paste comes from ancient times by a wise Indian seer (Rishi) named Chyavan, who is said to have received the formula directly from the gods. Suggested Use:
Simply dissolve 1 tsp of Bio-Chyavanprash in some warm milk or tea and enjoy the delicious taste. Feel free to use Chyavanprash also as a spicy bread spread.
