For the preparation of delicious curry dishes in the original Indian style: Briefly braise vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee, then add COSMOVEDA Mild Goa Curry Paste (1-2 tablespoons per portion) and let simmer. (For more flavor, marinate pieces of vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight.) For a creamy sauce, stir in crème fraiche, cream cheese or creamed coconut and simmer or leave to stand for a few minutes. Serve with rice. - The Indian curry is ready!
After opening please keep cool and use up within 3 - 4 weeks.
