Cosmoveda - BIO Guduchi Churna

Guduchi, with the botanical name Tinospora Cordifolia, is a perennial climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves and small yellow flowers, whose stem develops many aerial roots that hang down like tentacles. In Ayurvedic nutrition, the stem, roots, juice and leaves are used. Churna simply means "powder" in Sanskrit and is either a mixture of ground herbs and/or minerals, or - as here - a ground single herb. You can also obtain Guduchi as herbal capsules from Cosmoveda or as a sweetened instant tea with Guduchi.

Recommended dosage

Take 1/3 teaspoon (corresponding to a maximum of 1 g each) Guduchi Churna three times daily with hot water between meals. The daily intake contains approximately 2.5 - 3 g of herbal powder. The stated recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store out of reach of small children.
