The Haritaki is considered a tree with healing properties. It grows up to 30 meters tall, with a trunk about one meter thick. Scientifically, this deciduous tree is also known as the Chebulic myrobalan. Its evergreen foliage is striking. Its oval shape terminates in a short petiole.

Recommended intake

Take three capsules of 0.43 g each (0.33 g net content of herbal powder) three times daily. The daily intake corresponds to 2.97 g of herbal powder. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake.
