Haritaki is understood as a tree with healing properties. It grows up to 30 meters in height, while its trunk becomes about one meter thick. Scientifically, the deciduous tree is also referred to as chebula myrobalan. Its evergreen foliage is striking. Its oval shape tapers into a short petiole.

Recommended Use

Take 3 capsules of 0.43 g each (0.33 g net content of herbal powder) three times daily. The daily consumption amount corresponds to 2.97 g of herbal powder. The stated recommended consumption amount must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.

Possible Side Effects

No Haritaki side effects are known so far. Nevertheless, it is recommended that pregnant women do not take the capsules. As a general rule, you should start with small amounts. If there are no negative effects, the consumption amount can be gradually increased to the recommended daily dose. Always pay attention to your own well-being.
