Recommended intake
Take 4 capsules of 0.43g each (0.33g net content) twice daily with warm water after meals. The daily intake of 2.64g of plant powder contains 5.85mg of gingerol.
Legislation has not yet established an NRV (reference intake) for secondary plant substances. The amount specified here corresponds to traditional Ayurvedic recommendations.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
