Usage
Arborio rice is excellent for preparing typical risotto dishes and can also be used as rice pudding.
Risotto Preparation: Sauté 1 onion in olive oil, add 150g Arborio rice and lightly sauté. Gradually add 600ml vegetable broth and simmer for 35-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
