Usage
Red lentils cook particularly quickly and become creamy. In India, they are a staple food when prepared as ´Dhal´.
As a side dish for 2 people, bring 150g red whole lentils to a boil in double the amount of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Only salt towards the end of cooking time.
