Usage
Wheat is suitable for baking. Cooked, it serves as a wholesome side dish or as a base for creative stews. Wheat is an excellent bread grain, making it ideal for baking bread and rolls. It is also a nutritious ingredient for cakes and cookies, soups, and casseroles.
Soak 125g of wheat in plenty of water for about 10 hours. Bring it to a boil in double the amount of fresh, lightly salted water, then let it simmer for 45-50 minutes over low heat.
