Recommended daily dose of Bai 35 Triphala
Take 2 tablets twice daily (4 tablets in total).
The nutritional value/daily intake contains (based on 4 tablets daily): Indian gooseberry 400mg, Beleric myrobalan 400mg, Chebulic myrobalan 400mg. Contains 325mg tannins.
