Winter cherry root (Ashwagandha) has a long tradition in Ayurveda and is recommended there for balancing Vata Dosha. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and is therefore completely vegan. The package contains 90 capsules.
Doshas are ayurvedic principles that have no equivalent in modern science.
Recommended Usage
Take 2 capsules once daily whole with plenty of liquid after meals. 1 capsule corresponds to 400 mg.
