The production of Chyavanprash according to Ayurvedic recipe

Our Chyavanprash production facility is located near the city of Pune in India, in the Maharashtra district. We place special emphasis on ensuring that our Chyavanprash is produced and traded here according to ancient tradition, the Ayurvedic recipe, and under strict guidelines.

Skilled herbalists work hand in hand with local farmers to procure the corresponding ingredients fresh daily. First, the spices, herbs, and Amla fruits are mixed with crystallized cane sugar dried in the sun. A mill grinds and kneads everything together. To achieve a stable emulsion, the mixture is cooked for a specific length of time. After cooling, the mass is hung in muslin cloth to drain. After 24 hours, the excess juice has dripped off, the paste-like mixture is now stirred and finally filled into wooden barrels made from the finest mango wood.

Recommended use

Dissolve one heaping teaspoon once daily in warm milk or in a plant-based drink. Alternatively, use one heaping teaspoon once daily as a bread spread.

Warnings: The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Store out of reach of small children. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
