The holy wood Palo Santo has a clear, characteristic hard smell. The Palo Santo comes into its own particularly well in this mixture of Räicherstäbchen with its fresh, delicately sweet, clear and resinous fragrance. Palo Santo is the South American counterpart to Indian sandalwood. It smells a little less sweet than sandal, but is a little more resinous. It is very easy to smoke incense sticks: light the incense stick at the tip and then blow out the flame. Let the incense stick burn over a fire-proof surface or in an incense holder.
