Unlike many other liquid iron supplements, Iron Vital Complex does not contain synthetic iron gluconate, but rather natural, plant-based iron from the Indian curry leaf (Murraya koenigii). Plant-based iron is very gentle on the human digestive system. Furthermore, the use of synthetically produced iron gluconate in organic products is not permitted according to organic regulations. We are thus the first company worldwide to have successfully developed a 100% organic and regulation-compliant iron supplement.
Since the body cannot produce iron on its own, it is important to ensure adequate iron intake through daily diet or a high-quality dietary supplement.
