According to Ayurveda teaching spices and herbs help to maintain Balance of the Doshas on a subtle energetic level. In Ayurveda, they are an important part of the daily diet. They provide the body with enough phytochemicals and corresponding rasas and gunas (taste and characteristics of the plants) and harmonise, as a result, the processes in the body. You alone are no substitute for a healthy, balanced diet.

Application

2-3x a day for 1 to 3 capsules with warm water after meals. A maximum of 6 capsules per day.

Asian marsh pennywort (Centella Asiatica), Convulvulus pluricaulis, Brahmi (Herpestis Monniera), wax gourd (Benincasa hispida), Ordinary Accentor (Prunella Vulgaris), Celastrus paniculatus, willow bark (Salix Caprea), Paeonia emodi, auxiliary substances: microcrystalline Cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (vegan capsule).
