The effects of Ayurvedic herbs and oils are based on traditional knowledge of Indian medicine. They work at the level of the Doshas. Therefore, an effect in the sense of modern Western science is not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the Doshas has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation for the effects described in Ayurveda in the sense of Western science. Application

Gently warm the oil in a water bath to just above body temperature. The most pleasant temperature is approximately 40°C. You can use the Jivantal Taila as nasal drops to oil the inside of your nose. Simply apply 3 to 4 drops of oil to each nostril morning and evening, and distribute it by drawing it up into the nose and adjacent sinuses. Best applied while lying down.

Externally, the warm oil can be used for a gentle head massage.
