Holisan - Punarnava Capsules
Punarnava, with the botanical name Boerhaavia diffusa, grows abundantly in India, but also in Africa, Asia, and the USA. After the rainy season, it can be harvested in large quantities. Its name translates to "rejuvenating itself." In Ayurvedic texts, its cleansing effects on the kidneys, urinary tract, and bladder are described.

According to Ayurveda teachings, spices and herbs help maintain the balance of the Doshas at a subtle energetic level. In Ayurveda, they are an important part of daily nutrition. They provide the body with sufficient secondary plant compounds and corresponding rasas and gunas (tastes and properties of plants), thereby harmonizing digestion. However, they alone do not replace a healthy, balanced diet.
The effects of Ayurvedic herbs are based on traditional knowledge of Indian medicine and work at the level of the Doshas. An effect in the sense of modern Western science is therefore not claimed. In particular, the aspect of balancing the Doshas has no equivalent in our science, so there is no confirmation in terms of Western science for the effects described in Ayurveda.
Application
