The seed of black cumin (lat. nigella sativa semen) is highly valued in the Orient and has been used as a household remedy in the Arab world and North Africa for over two thousand years. Only high-quality oil from the sun-rich regions of the Middle East is used for hübner® Black Cumin Seed Oil Compact. Vitamins B6, B12, biotin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy metabolism and thus to the nutritional value of the capsules. Natural vitamin E is used for hübner® Black Cumin Seed Oil Compact.

Directions / Recommended intake

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid at any meal. Up to 3 capsules a day can be taken if there is an increased requirement.
