Application

Wash your hair with a silicone-free shampoo

Mix the Khadi plant-based hair color powder with 80°-90°C warm water until you achieve a smooth cream. Allow the color cream to cool to a comfortable temperature. Distribute it evenly throughout your hair with a brush: strand by strand – down to the tips. If you only want to color your roots, skip the lengths and tips.
Let the Khadi plant-based hair color copper work for 30 to 120 minutes. The longer it works, the darker the color result will be. If you've already colored your hair with this shade and just want to refresh your color tone, leave the color in your hair for 15 to 30 minutes.
Rinse out the plant-based hair color with clear water after the processing time. Avoid shampooing for 24 to 48 hours, as this is when your Khadi shade will develop its full color depth.
To lock in the new color pigments in your hair, you can use a Khadi hair oil before your first wash after coloring. Let the oil work for at least 20 minutes and then wash it out with a natural shampoo. This way your Khadi plant-based hair color will last longer.
