When winter goes and spring comes, Kapha time begins. Many people now feel dull and sluggish. You are tired, unfocused, depressed and your circulation could use some stimulation. Typical signs of the so-called "spring fatigue".
In order to unfold the full effect of the soothing fragrance, we recommend using an aroma lamp or a fragrance stone. 2 to 3 drops are enough.
