When winter passes and spring arrives, Kapha season begins. Many people now feel lethargic and sluggish. They are tired, unable to concentrate, feeling low, and their circulation could use some stimulation. These are typical signs of so-called "spring fatigue".
To fully unfold the soothing fragrance, it is recommended to use an aroma lamp or fragrance stone. 2 to 3 drops are sufficient.
