The Ayurvedic herbal oil is versatile: in addition to being used as a refreshing, Kapha-reducing aroma oil, the clarifying aromas that arise during application are perceived as pleasant. One or two drops on the temples can be very soothing in stressful situations.
A massage of joints and muscles with this oil is also beneficial. 2 to 4 drops in a glass of hot water can help with discomfort after foreign cuisine. A true all-rounder and a treasure when traveling!
Do not use undiluted.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
