Maharishi Ayurveda products are manufactured strictly according to original Ayurvedic formulations to achieve the harmonizing and health-supporting effects described in Ayurveda. Traditional Ayurvedic knowledge represents a recognized science in Indian culture, passed down and practiced by renowned scholars and practitioners, and supported by government institutions.
However, the ancient Ayurvedic teachings are also based on different principles and perspectives than the "Western" science familiar to us. Therefore, with these Ayurvedic herbal blends, we do not claim effects in the sense of the science familiar to us. In particular, the aspects of harmony and individual inner balance have no equivalent in our Western science, so that for many of the effects described in Ayurveda, there is no proof of efficacy in the sense of Western science.

Application

Recommended daily intake for adults:

2 times daily 1-2 tablets approximately 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner with warm water or warm milk. Daily intake amount (at 4 tablets daily) contains: 1940 mg herbs.
