Guduchi, also known as Tinospora Cordifolia and used extensively in Ayurveda, is a tropical climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves. Guduchi is also called "Amrita" - the immortal one.
This "Amrita" characteristic allows the plant to awaken to new life again and again even after losing all its leaves due to extreme heat and drought, once conditions improve.
Classical Ayurveda texts describe a multitude of positive properties of this special plant.
Application
Recommended dosage for adults:
1 tablet twice daily 10-15 minutes after meals with warm water.
