One kilogram of Manuka Honey MGO 400+ already contains 400 mg of this scientifically proven active ingredient. Manuka Health honey is tested for both its natural methylglyoxal content as well as its purity and quality.
MGO remains effective even when added to a hot beverage, because MGO active Manuka is – unlike other honeys – heat-resistant.
Application
If you prefer to consume the honey pure, take one to two teaspoons of Manuka Honey MGO 400+ from Manuka Health once or twice daily and let it dissolve slowly in your mouth.
You can also stir the Manuka honeys into hot tea or milk, as MGO™ is largely resistant to heat.
Usage note: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.
