MGO remains effective even when added to a hot drink, because unlike other honeys, MGO active Manuka is heat-resistant.
How to use
If you want to consume the honey pure, take a teaspoon of Manuka Honey MGO 400+ from Manuka Health 1 to 2 times a day and let it slowly melt in your mouth.
You can also stir the Manuka honeys into hot tea or milk, as MGO™ is largely insensitive to heat.
Consumption advice: Like other raw foods, honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
