Dashamoola is a blend of ten roots that is traditionally used in Ayurveda for various applications.

This is administered in the Panchakarma treatment as a Vata-reducing enema.
The 5 major and 5 mild Vata-reducing roots create the blend for Dasha (Ten) Moola (Roots).
