The mixture contains turmeric, which may stain.
Application
Wrap 60g of the mixture with a finely chopped small onion and a lemon in a Kizhli (Pinda Sweda). A handful of coarse sea salt / Himalayan salt can also be added to the mixture.
For treatment with warm sesame oil or medicated oil.
