The formula of Miraherba Kapha Tea was developed to balance your Kapha Dosha. Made from a select blend of natural herbs and spices that have been used in Ayurveda for centuries to balance the Kapha Dosha and promote well-being.
Our Kapha Tea with its combination of sharp and invigorating herbs is ideal for people who tend to be reserved and are seeking new energy, well-being and contentment.
Effects
Cardamom, clove and pepper may help reduce Kapha-related symptoms such as sluggishness and heaviness. Coriander and cumin stimulate the digestive fire, Agni. Rosemary, another valuable herb in Ayurveda, may help improve mood.
Preparation
Pour 1 tbsp with 1/2 l of boiling water, steep for 10 minutes or simmer in the same amount of water for 5 minutes.
Sweeten with Jaggery or whole cane sugar as needed.
