Especially in Morocco, the tagine is a popular dish made from vegetables with or without meat. For this, potatoes, carrots, onions and leeks are sliced and layered in an ovenproof dish. Between each layer place ½ teaspoon of the spice blend and pour good olive oil over it. Cover the dish and cook in the oven at 180° for about ½ hour. Tastes wonderful!
