The plant belongs to the Rosaceae family and, with its many subspecies, is native primarily to Europe. The Latin name Alchemilla is derived from "Alchemy" and means something like "little alchemist". Naturopath Margret Madejski dedicated an entire book to the plant - Alchemilla, the most important plant in women's health. The rounded, usually hairy leaves of lady's mantle are primarily used.
The herb is also contained in the Miraherba tea blends "Harmony" and "Freedom".
Preparation
Pour 1 tablespoon with 1/2 liter of boiling water, let steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
