A gently herbal tea for new freedom during menopause. Organic blend with traditional women's herbs – as a daily self-care ritual for calm, balance, and wellbeing. For women before, during, and after menopause who seek a natural, caffeine-free companion for their everyday life.
Application & Preparation
Dosage: 1 tablespoon (approx. 2–3 g) per 500 ml.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the tea, steep covered for 5 minutes.
Tip: Enjoy lukewarm in the evening; in summer as a cold brew (8 hours in the refrigerator).

It has a cleansing and activating effect on lymph flow.
