Gently spiced herbal tea made from Ayurvedic and native plants – a companion for fasting periods, detox phases, or simply for a soothing break in between. The 100% organic blend supports your body with traditional herbs and offers an aromatic ritual without caffeine.
Application & Preparation
Dosage: 1 tablespoon of herbs (approx. 2–3 g) per 500 ml water.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the herbs, let steep covered for 5 minutes.
Tip: During a fasting cure or on detox days, enjoy 2–3 cups distributed throughout the day. Also suitable as a mild after-meal tea.
