An invigorating organic herbal tea for clearer moments of wellbeing: No. 4 – Liberation combines plantain, lungwort, marshmallow, thyme, fennel, licorice, cowslip, lavender, Icelandic moss, nasturtium and ivy into a mildly herbal, gently sweet infusion. Ideal on cool days, after walks or whenever you wish for warmth and lightness – caffeine-free and without artificial flavorings.
Taste
The tea has a mild, slightly sweet herbal flavor.
Preparation
Pour 1 tablespoon of tea with ½ liter of boiling water and steep covered for 5 minutes.

Effects
The clearing herbs free the respiratory organs from blockages and soothe irritation in the mouth and throat. Dry irritant cough becomes weaker and breathing flows easily and unobstructed again.
