An aromatic, soothing organic herbal tea for the cold season: Winter Gold combines Tulsi, linden and elderflowers with chamomile, thyme, sage, nasturtium and echinacea herb into a gently warming cup with a floral-herbaceous profile. Caffeine-free, pure and without artificial flavorings – perfect for cozy winter evenings, after winter walks or as a little evening ritual.
Taste
The tea has a strong herbal aroma rounded off by a floral note.
Preparation
Dosage: 1 tbsp (approx. 2–3 g) per 500 ml water.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over it, steep covered for 5 minutes.
Tip: Refine to taste with lemon or a touch of honey.

For dyspeptic complaints and increased perspiration. For gargling in inflammations of the mouth and throat mucous membrane.Thyme
Soothes symptoms of bronchitis and whooping cough. Catarrhs of the upper airways.Tulsi
Holy basil showed anti-stress effects in clinical studies.Note: Description of herbs according to monographs of the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), Commission E, the Caraka-Samhita of Ayurvedic medicine and the traditions of phytotherapy by Paracelsus.
