A clear, great-tasting organic herbal tea for your light daily routine: No. 3 – Cleanse combines nasturtium, Indian kidney tea (Orthosiphon), horsetail, nettle, small-flowered willowherb, goldenrod and marigold into a finely herbal infusion. Ideal during phases of mindful eating or whenever you long for inner lightness and balance – caffeine-free and without artificial flavors.

Preparation
Steep 1 tablespoon of tea with ½ liter of boiling water, covered, for 5 minutes. Enjoy 1–3 cups distributed throughout the day.
