Delicious as a salad, fried or in a broth.
Preparation
Cook the pasta for approx. 5 minutes in plenty of boiling water over a low heat or soak in a hot water bath (70-80°C) for approx. 10 minutes, covered, and then drain well. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Mix with other ingredients and spices as desired or serve on their own as a side dish.
