The Gritham develop a particularly intensive effect when you warm them to hand temperature in warm water before application. This can be done in a baby bottle warmer or in a water bath. To do this, place the bottle directly in a pot of hot water or pour an appropriate amount of oil into a small glass bowl, which is then warmed in the hot water.
