Rasayana is conventionally produced in India. It bears the BDiH seal and is certified free from toxic heavy metals. Keep the Ashwagandha Rasayana in the refrigerator after first opening.

Example of use
Brahmi Rasayana is best taken daily. Mix approx. 4 teaspoons of Rasayana in a little warm milk before or after a meal and drink. (Can also be spread over several meals a day).
