Dietary supplement in a jar. Chyawanprash, Chyvanprash or Chyavanprasan—there are various spellings—are standard dietary supplements in Ayurveda.
Chyawanprash is an authentic Ayurvedic dietary supplement, rich in historical references and legends. The earliest references to Chyawanprash date back 3000 years before our era. According to the ancient Ayurvedic text "Charaka Samhita," the first and oldest Ayurvedic treatise, Chyawanprash can be consumed daily.
Most of the herbs in the formula are boiled in water, and then the dried extract is mixed with honey. After that, the aromatic herbal powders cardamom, cinnamon and cloves are added. The finished product is like a sugar syrup, but with a slightly sour and mildly spicy taste.

Recommended Dosage
In the morning approximately 20g (1-2 teaspoons). For easier digestion, it is recommended to drink some warm milk with it.
Warnings: The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Store out of reach of small children. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
